REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY
Aneek w wants your complete satisfaction when making your purchases in our online store. In this sense, we have created an Exchange and Return Policy that respects your needs and is based on the Consumer Defense Code.
Request for exchange or return
Purchase regret – You have up to 7 calendar days, after receiving the product, to request an exchange or return.
Defective product – If you have received your product with any supposed fault or defect, please notify us immediately. You have up to 7 calendar days, after receiving the product, to request an exchange or return if your product is unused. Please remember that our pieces are handmade and that imperfections are natural for the techniques used. Even so, the customer has full right to return within the stipulated period if not satisfied.
Delivery error, damaged product or packaging – If you have received your product with any discrepancy, such as open or damaged packaging, missing accessories or product not in accordance with what was purchased, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp.
Exchange options
Exchange for another size or model;
Credit for a new purchase valid for 30 days.
Return options

Product conditions for exchange or return
Only products that are: unwashed, unused, odorless, intact and with the exchange tag affixed to the piece within its original packaging will be accepted. (Please return the packaging sent per piece).
All returned products will undergo an analysis upon arrival at our company. The desired product for exchange and/or the refund of the amount paid will only be released after approval by our quality control.
IMPORTANT: Products that do not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted for exchange/return and will automatically be sent back to the original address without prior notice.
Returns
The return of your product must be carried out via the Post Office, the shipping cost to bring your piece back is on us! As soon as we proceed with your exchange/return request via our email, you will receive the reverse logistics code to dispatch your piece at any Post Office agency. We remind you that the new item or the refund of the amount paid will only be made after the product's return to our showroom.
Refunds
The refund of the amounts paid to the buyer will be processed through the same payment method used in the purchase; after receiving the product and checking its conditions.
For payments made with a credit card, the chargeback may occur within up to 1 (one) subsequent invoice from the date of authorization of restitution, as this depends on the invoice closing date and the financial policy of the card administrator.
